Manual change of user level

Hi, this may be an easy fix, but I cannot for the life of me, find a way to change the Level (as in s2member_level) for a User. In Users, it shows Capabilities at the bottom, but it cannot be edited. Yes, I am a SuperAdmin. Why are the Levels not in the Role dropdown list? that would make it super simple…

I tried installing the plug-in: Capability Manager Enhanced, but that didn’t allow me to edit it in Users like I had hoped.

What else can I try? I am not keen on changing a CSV and uploading - seems too risky.

any ideas anyone? I cannot create a New User in Users and assign a level either. I did recently changed the levels from 9 to 17 for the database - could this be causing the change? this is very frustrating

Found it myself; Reset Roles/Capabilities button in General Options > Membership Levels/Labels
