MailChimp List Transitions greyed out

Good morning,

I’ve just moved our website from host to host (and rebuilt along the way), and I’m re-integrating MailChimp. I’ve entered the API key and list IDs for new subscibers, and auto-unsubscribe on deletion. I’d like to enable Automatic List Transitions for when users change levels, but the option is greyed out. Any idea why this might be the case?

Hi Chris.

You probably disabled the previous setting, to process list removals on role changes. You need one of those enabled first for the transitions one to be enabled.

Ah, yes. Well now I feel foolish. I didn’t catch that I need the second checked as well, but simply reading it makes that clear. More coffee needed today.
