Hi,
We have been using your s2Member WordPress PRO plugin for many years without any major issues on our nonprofit organization’s website. However, yesterday a new user tried to sign up for a membership using an Apple Mac laptop. He clicked the PayPal button and successfully completed the payment, which I received. He then tried using both Safari and Firefox browsers, but neither displayed the button that would return him to the sign-up form. Due to this issue, we had to refund the payment.
As a result, the new user was unable to create a member account in WordPress even though the payment was successfully processed.
Could you please help us resolve this issue?
Here is a step-by-step description of what happened on the Apple Mac:
- Visited our Membership Sign-up page – Done
- Clicked on the PayPal Checkout button – Done
- Entered information or logged in to the PayPal account – Done
- After filling in the information, clicked on Agree and Pay – Done
- Payment was successful, but the “Return to [Your Site]” button was missing (note: sometimes users are redirected automatically, but in this case, the button was not shown, so the user couldn’t return to complete sign-up)
I have attached two pictures - one showing the normal page on a Windows PC (any browser), which includes the return button, and the other showing the page on the Apple Mac laptop (Safari and Firefox), where the return button is missing.
Thank you for your help.
