From what I can see, s2Member is not loading on your site except on the Registration page. So that is why the redirection to the Login Welcome page is not working.
Did it work before?
I ask because I suspect that the problem has nothing to do with https, but is more likely to do with your theme or a plugin. Try changing temporarily to the 2015 or 2016 theme, and with no plugins running except s2Member. Does the redirection to the Login Welcome page work then?

After blowing my mind trying everything yesterday all day long , I did one thing and it worked for me finally.
General options -> Login Welcome Page -> Always redirect non-administrative Users (after login) using HTTP? -> No, do not modify (…)
Try it and let us know.

I recommend you, as well, to reset Rolls and Capabilities.
To do so, click on:
General options -> Membership levels/labels -> Reset Roles/Capabilities (button on the lower right corner)
To be a s2member level 1 you have to fulfill the level 1 pro-form instead of level 0.
