I have put the following short code inside an empty document:

When I view the page…it just shows me the shortcode and not an actual login form.
What am I doing wrong. The page is at http://vinylinstituteofcanada.com/login/
Have you created a Membership Options Page?
Yes it’s the one in the short code and I did specify that page in the SM2 General Settings -> Login Welcome Page.
You can’t have the Membership Options Page (MOP) as the Login Welcome Page (LWP).
The LWP is what members are directed to after logging in.
The MOP is what users are redirected to when they attempt to access a page for which they do not have the appropriate permissions (whether because they aren’t logged in or because their membership isn’t at the right level). This needs to be accessible by everyone.
So the MOP must be one page, and the LWP another.
