Logging what pages a user viewed

Hi all! It’s been a while since I’ve posted in the forum - I hope all is well at s2member!

I was wondering if anyone has implemented a way to log what content a user views? I’m looking for just a list of URLs that were visited with a date stamp at the least.

Siteground hosting has a SiteGround Security - Activity Log that does exactly that. On other WP sites, I have added a plugin that does WAY more than that called WP Activity Log.
