Log In issues for S2

Hi,
I am having trouble logging in to update S2 ( auto system does not work so have to FTP)
My password did not work…which is very weird considering I use Last pass and the whole thing is automated.
Then I went to reset password etc.
Still does not work… I tried both my user name and my email …neither worked.
Pls advise

I just looked you up in the users, and found your account. It seems okay on my side.

I sent you a message with a screenshot, so you can verify you’re using the right username or password.
