Locked out of Word press

Just installed S2Members. i logged out as an administrator to test registering a new user. when i went to login as the new user the page does not load. when i try and login as administrator the page does not load. when i try and reset passwords the page does not load. effectively i am completely locked out of my website. i can’t even deactivate the plugin or reinstall a back up of my website as i can’t log into the dashboard.

can anyone help?

I opened a link to wordpress admin from my hosting website profile page. The URL ends in /wp-admin, i had used this URL before but this time i was able to login ok. not sure what the problem was but it works now.

When I tried /wp-admin it properly sent me to http://pnecctimestrial.online/wp-login.php?redirect_to=http%3A%2F%2Fpnecctimestrial.online%2Fwp-admin%2F&reauth=1
