License transfer

I recently took over support for an existing website we are moving to a new hosting service. We are looking to use the S2member Pro version. The plugin is currently in use on the existing host. Is there a way to tell what version was purchased by us for the old site and whether it is a Pro version with multisite capabilities

The old site domain (existing site) - poa4us.org
The new site domain - (to be transitioned to) - villagespoa.org
What is the process of transitioning the PRO version to the new site?

I checked the license for poa4us and it’s a Single Site one, but for multisite it needs to be an Unlimited Sites one.

In the Account page you’ll find a link for a discounted upgrade. https://s2member.com/account/

And in the Profile page you can update the primary domain name for the license. https://s2member.com/profile/
