Level #1 Members Content Restricted to Level #1 Members

Hello-

Sorry if this has been answered many times. I have a website which only requires one level of membership. I believe I have it set-up properly, but the Level #1 Member Content remains restricted to Level #1 Members. Any thoughts on how to fix this or clues to where I went wrong?

If membership to your site is free, just change the level 1 requirement to level 0 (i.e. subscribers).

It isn’t free, it has free and paid components. The paid members are not
able to access the paid content.

In that case, what exactly happens when a level 1 user tries to access level 1 content?

It takes them to the membership options page.

Have you set the level 1 content to require a ccap as well as level 1?

I don’t think so. I have tried using any ccap or custom capabilities before.
