Do you mean that the redirection to the MOP occurs after logging in, or when someone who is not logged in attempts to access protected content?
Hello Tim,
if i click the login/register in the theme top right corner, it loads the MOP without any login form popup.
please check this link http://test.tinglehub.com
restricted content pages cannot be seen to not logged in users
Your Login/Register link is to http://test.tinglehub.com/my-account/
That makes no sense, because a My Account page can only ever be accessible by someone who is logged in. And so that’s why anyone who clicks on that link is being redirected to the MOP.
You simply need to change the link to point to wherever your login/register forms are. (If they really are on your My Account page, then they shouldn’t be and you need to move them somewhere else.)
Helli Tim,
Thank you for your help. i figured it out. its working fine now.
i want to know as a subscriber and admin point of view
is there any membership dashboard where subscriber and admin can see users who purchased membership, date of purchase, end of membership, next due, unsubscribe to a membership, membership levels purchased, purchased history. that sort of information
Please let me know
Thank you
Admins can see the regular list of users, and s2Member adds those details to that list. Subscribers can’t see it. But you might want to use this: https://s2member.com/kb-article/can-i-display-a-member-directory/
I wish if we can get an update related to above mentioned member dashboard thing in a table view same like user tab in wp. that member details better to have under S2 member menu. and also front end member detail dashboard (page with short cord )
i have another issue.
my website is multi vendor website. once they aply to become vendor, their role become vendor, but when they purchase s2 membership their role changed to s2 member role which replace vendor capabilities and they loose their shop and products and they cant see vendor dashboard.
i made vendor dashboard page visible to vendors have S2 member level 1. but when their role changed to s2 member role they automatically lose vendor capabilities.
so can we have in user menu, wp role and s2 member role in 2 separate columns and 2 roles merged. so member can have both s2 member and vendor capabilities
New issues require a new post. This is not support. I don’t work for s2Member. This is a community forum.
Sorry, and thank you for your advise so far.
