Issues in importing users using csv file

While importing users using csv file, shows an error.
The following errors were encountered during importation:

  • Line #1. Missing first-line CSV headers; please try again. Please note that your CSV headers MUST contain (at a minimum), one of: “ID”, or “user_login”

Why happening like this? Please provide a sample csv file to perform importing.

Hi!

You can first make an export to have the first row with all the columns in your CSV file.
