I have a csv file from another membership plugin. I tried several times but users will not import into s2Member. Just get a message at the top saying 0 new members imported. I have tried doing an export from s2Member and then adding the details to the new csv file and then importing but that has not worked. Any suggestion. I have left two support requests via the support on s2Member website but have had not response.

That is because s2M can’t read data of other plugins. I would suggest to use this manual to export some members of s2M, to see how it expect data to be ordered. Then to set your existing data like this (but keep backups). And then import resulting CSV file. That always works for me, but can be lot of manual work…
