Is my "free version" registration form automatically protected from spam when I upgrade to pro?

Hi!
I have been using the free version of the s2Member plugin for a few years already. Lately I have started to receive hundreds of spam registrations, so today I bought the PRO version and installed it (the “addon”). Do I have to make any changes to my old registration form, or does that now automatically have spam protection?

You should enable recaptcha on your form as that’s the most effective anti spam measure s2member has. S2member pro is very good but it doesn’t offer any specific additional antispam technology.

Ah, yes, recaptcha is what I meant. I see that I now have a panel called “CAPTCHA Anti-Spam Security” in the General Options, and I have created the keys and entered them there. Fingers crossed :slight_smile:
