Is it safe to install 190617 update

there are not many changes anyhow - yes is safe.

It appears there is (still) a deprecated function in there, namely create_function

*edit - correction this is in the PRO version

Yes, that function just got deprecated in PHP 7.2, meaning its use is discouraged because it’s planned to remove it at some point in the future, but is still working for now and PHP is currently at 7.3.6. It’s now recommended to instead use anonymous functions: https://www.php.net/manual/en/functions.anonymous.php

@carlosmelero, v190617 was tested for a while before it got released, and after these days there haven’t been problems from it either.
