Is it possible to create additional roles with the same access level without Pro?

I want to create 3 different roles with the same access level. I don’t need more than 5 levels of access. Is this part of what the pro version gives me or can I do this without it?

It is possible to do that using the free version and ccaps, but I never would because that approach isn’t scalable.

I would definitely use Pro and start with five roles.
