IPN errors - same time every day

For reasons we can NOT figure out, we get this paypal IPN issue, ONCE a day, every day:

Please check your server that handles PayPal Instant Payment Notifications (IPN). IPNs sent to the following URL(s) are failing:_

http://appbuzzinga.com/?s2member_paypal_notify=1 https%3A%2F%2Fappbuzzinga.com%2F%3Fs2member_paypal_notify%3D1_

Everything else works FINE, including new signups/buyers. ???
