Integrating checkout.js into worpdress

Hi, For paypal express checkout I must integrate the checkout.js into my page/or better site wide
How to do it?
I use Elegantthemes Foxy, and Divi

Maybe the Paypal Express Checkout is built into the ProForms, I wonder.
I read here, that the newer PP Express Checkout is a popup window, and s2member has the outdated version, so it should include express checkout capability

S2Member update to current PayPal Express Checkout

It appears S2Member is using an outdated version of the PayPal Express Checkout code. PayPal Express checkout has implemented options to change the button and have a pop-up as opposed to opening a new window. When are you going to update the S2Member code to be current with current PayPal code.
