On our site, we have a lower price offering for people who commit to pay for one year. Right now, we have this set to only go through as a lump-sum payment at sign-up.
If we allow someone to pay monthly, there is a higher rate, but they can cancel anytime.
We use paypal pro forms.
We are wondering if there is a way to set it up to lock in someone for 12 months (or a smaller number) of payments at the lower rate where they can’t cancel (or possibly where they have to pay a cancellation fee) until all 12 payments are made.
