When importing from CSV, I am importing the Role ID.
After import, on the user record, it indicates the correct ID under ‘Additional Capabilities’, however their official “Role” is still “No Role For This Site”. How do I get the role field to reflect their actual role?
Change one user to the correct role from within WP. Then export to CSV. Then copy that role to the other relevant users, save, and import.
Thanks - that helped. When I run the export though, the custom field titles
are there, but the actual values are not there. For example, I have fields
for “Company” and “Title” - not sure why they’re not coming out in the
export.
