Has anyone else encountered this problem?
A new member joins and pays for membership, thier account is updated with the new conditionals, but these new conditionals are not being recognized by the members device and they still have restricted access.
I have asked the member to try both computer and phone, as well as reset the cache, but there has been no change. I can confirm it is this user only, so I am assuming it is because of the Icloud Private relay.
Am I right?
