I uploaded S2 Member Pro using Filezilla but its not showing up in my admin

I uploaded S2 Member Pro using Filezilla but its not showing up in my admin. I have deactivated and reactivated my S2 member plugin but pro is still not showing up.

Please help!

Hi Carol.

Did you leave the s2member Framework there? You need both, the Framework and Pro. Pro is an add-on to the Framework.

Did you verify that the Pro add-on is in the right folder? Sometimes when extracting from the zip file, a new folder gets created, and your files end up one level deeper, so it doesn’t work. Do you have this file in this path? /wp-content/plugins/s2member-pro/s2member-pro.php

If you can’t figure it out, I can take a look for you and help you find what’s going on.
