I can't register for a free account

I created a “Membership Signup” page and pasted the Free Registration Form shortcode into that page. In S2Member -> General Option I select that page as the Membership Options Page. But when I entered my website and registered on the Membership Signup page, I received the following message “Missing or invalid Security Verification. Please try again.” I can’t register for a free account and I don’t know why that happened. How to fix this?

That message would be for a missing or wrong recaptcha answer. Did you fill it out?

Did you enable or disable recaptcha in your pro-form? Wp Admin > s2Member > Pro-Forms > Shortcode Attributes > captcha
