Our renewal emails run through SendGrid which adds a long tracking string to each link in the email. Because the email is text, the whole tracking string appears in the email rather than being encoded in a link. This doesn’t look very professional. Could you please update s2Member to allow us to use HTML in those templates. In the meantime, is there a way we can we fix this?

I’m adding your vote for HTML emails in my feature requests list.
I don’t know a way around that at the moment. Didn’t know about the added tracking codes to emails sent by WordPress. I’m making a note about it in the feature request.
