How to redirect the "not yet registered?" to registration page

We have a login page with the wordpress
“not yet registered” and “Lost your password”

If you select the “not yet registered” it bring up the registration form without any website theme.

I have create a registration page http://www.mindworksmc.com.au/atsa/registration/
How do I get the above link to redirect to this page and not to the workpress registration page with no theme look.

In General Options look for the Open Registration setting and change it to No.
