How to provide cash members with accounts before sending them form to provide credit card payment in future

Hello

I have 40 members that have previously paid for yearly/tri-yearly subscriptions offline. I have built a website using s2member and would like to provide these current members with memberships to this website.

After their subscription is over, I would like these current members to fill out a form online with their credit card details so that they become regular annually recurring Stripe paying members. I would like them to be able to keep the same user accounts if possible.

Any ideas of how to achieve this work flow?

Hi!

What you can do is import those users at the level with the access they paid for, and set the EOT time at the end of the paid term. There’s the s2Member Pro users importer that you can use for that. https://s2member.com/kb-article/advanced-importexport-tools/

Then you can create a page with an s2 pro-form to pay for more when the time comes. It could be shown in the Login Welcome Page only to those at level 0 using an s2If conditional, so someone at a higher level won’t see it, but someone demoted down to 0 at EOT will. https://s2member.com/kb-article/s2if-simple-shortcode-conditionals/
