Is there a code or way to hide the “Register” link which appears next to “Login” at the top of the menu navigation bar?
I have “Open Registration” set to enabled in the meantime, but I would like the Reigster link to be hidden from the menu bar.

If you disable free registrations, is the link still there? Or are you using s2Member’s login widget/shortcode, or is it your theme’s?
Oh wait, you want open registration, but no link to it? is that it? In that case it may be better to disable open registration and instead use s2’s free registration pro-form (it bypasses that setting). WP Admin > s2Member > PayPal Pro-Forms > Free Registration
