I’d like to create a membership page where users are able to see their current subscription and upgrade buttons. Any suggestions?

Could you be more specific about what your mean by “see their current subscription”? What information are you looking for exactly?

Creating this form would require some coding expertise, but most of it could be done with s2Member. You’d need to use the information in the KBA I linked to previously and would need to know HTML.

Obviously, not all of that information is available (without substantial custom code) for s2Member. (No PDF invoices, for example.)
