I am running S2Member PRO.

How does a subscriber cancel their PayPal auto recurring renewal?

They can do it either in their PayPal account (recurring payments) or using a cancellation form on your site. WP Dashboard → s2Member (Pro) → PayPal Pro-Forms.

Just to confirm what Pat said. This is done using either a) a PayPal Button for Cancellation, or b) a Pro-Form for Cancellation. Either of these can be generated by s2Member for you, and you just add the shortcode that s2Member generates to a Post/Page in WordPress.
