How Do I Get Videos to Play Inline and NOT Be Automatically Downloaded?

Ok, I’ve been working on this for several days and it is driving me absolutely nuts. I want the video links to make the video visual on the site and for it to play right there when someone clicks it, but everytime I click it it downloads. I setup Cloudfront and everything. THE QUESTION IS: How do I get videos to play inline and NOT download?

“Inline” means “streaming”?

I think so. I want it to play on the site, not a download like a PDF document.
