How do I get existing members to view new content?

I use the free version of s2Member. I have uploaded 3 courses into s2Member.

When an existing member buys a new course, they are presented with the welcome email which gives them the link to the registration page.

However, since they are already a member, they don’t need to register again. I direct them to the login page so they can login as an existing member, and this directs them to the ‘Members Homepage’ which contains the links to their course pages.

But if they do this, they cannot see the link that provides access the new course they have just bought, only their original course.

It seems that to access each course, they need to register again for each course. This is not practical, as I suspect our members don’t have multiple email addresses they could use.

Is there a way that existing members can avoid the need to register again, and can log in and see the new course they have bought alongside their original ones?

How are you selling the courses? In other words, what buttons are you using, and are you selling membership levels or custom capabilities, or a mixture of both?

Thanks Tim, but I worked it out. I needed to create one-off payment buttons for my existing members on a special webpage so they could buy into a different custom capability within their account. I’ve done it and it works well.
