How can i create register form with clickbank?

Hello,
I have 2 types of membership. 1 for 1month access and other for 1 year access. I want to create register form and ClickBank Payment Gateway. I try with ClickBank button but its only used for payment, i can’t create user account with ClickBank Button.

Anyone can help me ??

Not a way “out of the box”, s2M don’t supports Pro-forms with ClickBank. Can’t you ask people to subscribe before to pay?

how would you track if they kept paying or not? and how would you make sure they are still set up to pay? how do you set what level they are signed up at?

The s2M’s ClickBank gateway do all what you need. You only need to set it properly.
