Hi there - I’m hoping someone can help and thank you in advance for any assistance.
We have a bit of a strange situation with our website: http://gridironclub.org.uk
We have a basic sign-up page that’s the main, always public sign-up page for new potential members:
https://www.gridironclub.org.uk/membership-signup/
This works great.
We also have another page we created where we wanted to be able to email members whose accounts had expired so they could renew and regain access to the rest of the site’s pages.
https://www.gridironclub.org.uk/membership-renewal/
This page looks like this as it’s only visible to logged in members:
So when I go to the page, it redirects me to the login-page and then when I login, it then redirects me to the above page - all seemed perfect but then my client emailed me to let me know that the members (with free subscriber accounts) who went to that link and then got redirected to the login page (same as me) then were redirected to the original Membership Signup page at the top - this was accompanied by a long URL such as one like this:
I haven’t a clue why this is happening - we’ve speculated that it’s somehow connected to EOT but I’m at a loss and can’t find anything in the knowledgebase about this so am wondering if anyone has any ideas?
If you need any more info, I’ll be happy to provide - this one has us stumped!!
Thank you again for any help!
Michael
