Grace period doesn't seem to be working

Hello,

It seems that my client has had some issues with manually set EOT dates and the grace period being ignored completely. They had a member who’s EOT was set for Jul 17, 2018 and the member was downgraded immidiately rather than adding on the 7 day grace period.

Any ideas as to why this is happening? Does the grace period not work if the EOT is set manually?
