Getting admin email "New submission from Membership Application" but with no information

I’ve been getting admin notification emails that say “New submission from Membership Application” but with no subscriber information or any other details. Any clues why, or where I can check to see what is going on?

I’d start by installing a plugin that will create an email log so that you can see what s2Member is putting into the email.

Hmm, wonder why that isn’t just a feature of S2Member. What plug-in do you recommend for this?

If all you need is the log, Email Log.

Is it expected for S2Member to give an email notification about a new membership submission without any additional information?

No, it is not. But it is hard to troubleshoot without knowing what is happening with the email process.

@vaughn771: The WP itself sends “new user subscribed” email when new user joins the site, is this what you looking for? If so, why it don’t works for you?
