I am trying to integrate S2Member to Getresponse by adding the API and Campaign token but no records are added to the campaign when a new user is registered. Is it necessary that the free/level 0 users should be added via Pro-forms to make this integration work? I am using profile builder instead.
Any help on this would be highly appreciated.
