Folder being created in wp-content/uploads

I am trying to migrate my site to a new hosting provider. There is a file that S2Member is creating in my wp-content/uploads directory that is preventing it from working. I am getting the following error:

Blockquote
Critical Transfer Error
Uncaught PharException: tar-based phar “/home/accountname/domainname.com/wp-content/uploads/1638904492-05a9cfff4961caeaa191352b83f0546e58be6de4/plugins/s2member-logs.tar” cannot be created, header for file “.htaccess” could not be written in /home/accountname/domainname.com/wp-content/plugins/siteground-migrator/includes/class-siteground-…

Basically the folder 1638904492-05a9cfff4961caeaa191352b83f0546e58be6de4 is too long according to SiteGround’s KB https://www.siteground.com/kb/wordpress-migrator-long-tar-file-format

I have tried deleting that directory after backing it up as well as disabling S2Member while trying to initiate the migration but it keeps rewriting it to that directory. Does anyone know how to stop this from happening?
