First And last Name Not Saving When Member Registers [SOLVED]

Hi everyone,

I’ve set up Pro Forms for Stripe and have successfully conducted test purchases, no problem at all for the most part. However I have a very odd situation whereby the first and last name of the new member is not saved. On submitting the Pro Form after filling it in the members username, email address, etc, is all captured, but the name section is left blank. If I add a user manually the first and last name saves just fine.

I’ve done a lot of searching for a solution and I still have absolutely no idea at all what could be causing this.

Can anyone help me to understand what is going on and how to fix this problem?

UPDATE:

I’ve narrowed the problem down to the plugin W3 Total Cache - but… I’ve got no idea why it’s actually causing the issue. If anyone can shed some light on it it would be much appreciated.

SOLVED

I had to uncheck “database caching” in my cache plugin.
