I don’t think you can migrate s2Member to Woocommerce because of the custom capabilities (which is extremely powerful) that s2Member provides for user registration and content access.
Integration with Woocommerce, on the other hand, would be a very nice solution, especially if you also sell other goods besides memberships.
But when you search on this topic (integrating s2Member with Woocommerce) you will get very disappointing results, like this one: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/s2member-and-woocommerce-dont-play-nice.

Looks like the paid version of “FG Magento to WooCommerce” does exactly that - migrates users with his passwords to WP. Since s2M extends WP user’s features, this should works.
