Feature request - missing subscription period paymenbt

Hi Cristian,

would a possible feature be for those who have missed payment (for whatever reason, you knoow how customers are!) to renew subscription but also pay the missing period that they had not updated their payment details… so they need to pay the missing period also to renew their subscription?

Was the subscription ended and they have to start a new subscription?

Are you talking about handling these manually? If so, you can create a shortcode for them, that includes an initial period that covers the previous missed payment.

If you mean in an automated way, that’d require his profile to track the fact that it was missed, otherwise there’s no way to tell that that happened before. You can tell when someone had the paid access before, but not if they missed a payment.
