Export/import users info to new site?

I currently have my members on one domain with s2member. I want to switch the membership area to a subdomain that has S2member on it. How do I export and import the user info to the new site?

I followed the simple instructions of just clicking the “export” button. Then when I tried to import the CSV file, I get the following message.

Line #1. User ID# 1 belongs to an Administrator. Bypassing this line for security.
Line #2. User ID# 7 does NOT belong to an existing User.
Line #3. User ID# 8 does NOT belong to an existing User.
Line #4. User ID# 9 does NOT belong to an existing User.
Line #5. User ID# 10 does NOT belong to an existing User.
etc

What part am I missing?

I resolved the issue. I saw that the ID field needed to blank, so at first I just deleted the contents of those cells in Excel. That somehow took away all the “quotation” marks from the entire file. Then I manually deleted each ID number in test wrangler. That did the trick.
