Export csv only specific custom fields and roles

Hi,
I’d like to export a csv (for Excel) with level1 role (members who have paid subscription) and 4 custom s2member fields (their home address) for a mail merge in Excel. Is this possible? I suspect not having read some other posts, I’m not a programmer so would love a simple solution to this.
