My website worked before but now I put a new online course and see that nothing works and only get unsupported country. I changed to Express check-out on Paypal but doesn’t help. So what is the problem? I have downloade a log file but can put attachement here but at least I see this ‘METHOD’ => ‘DoDirectPayment’,

Where do you see the error message, on PayPal’s site or above the pro-form? Do you get an error code with that message?
Do you get that when you pick PayPal as the option to pay, or only when you pick a card?
What were you using before when it was working fine? And did it stop working before or after you changed to the PayPal pro-form?
Could you show me the shortcode you’re using?
It sounds like you have logging enabled. When you reproduce the behavior, can you find all the relevant entries from the log files, and show them to me? (changing sensitive details)

Thank you for your answer and I get the error code above the pro-form “Error #10565. Merchant country unsupported. I can test with paypal because it’ the same as the account used with you plugin.
I just used before the free version of S2member, because there was a problem with the pro-form earlier but now suddenly the free version just gave an option to pay with paypal account so thought I try with the pro-form again.

Thanks for the details.
It seems you’re trying to use a PayPal Pro feature, but don’t have a PayPal Pro account. And it’s to get card details on your site, but from a country that’s not supported for this. https://www.paypal-community.com/t5/PayPal-Payments-Standard/API-error-code-10565/m-p/2379027/highlight/true#M10216
Try removing the cards from the shortcode, and only take paypal for Express Checkout, so the user gets taken to their site for the checkout.
