Error #11586 Message


I am using the s2MemberPro

When customers attempt to sign up and pay for a subscription, they are getting the following error message:
Error #11586. DPRP is disabled. DPRP is disabled for this merchant.
I am using a PayPal Business account.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.


Maybe there’s a setting that needs to be enabled at PayPal?

I never experienced it myself because I’ve never tried recurring payments with s2 and PayPal, but it looks like that thread might be relevant.

And from the non-s2 world and my experience with other payment systems, I think they might call the feature “reference transactions.”

DPRP is for recurring payments for PayPal Pro…

So you don’t have PayPal Pro, is that correct? Just a free PayPal account right?

Could you show me screenshots of the option panels in s2Member? Account Details, IPN Integration, PDT/Auto-Return Integration (blurring your details) WP Admin > s2Member Pro > PayPal Options

The PayFlow account details should be left empty if you don’t have PayPal Pro PayFlow Edition.

How’d you get it to work and for the error msg to not appear? Are you able to receive payments via the various credit card options?
