"Error #10565. Merchant country unsupported

“Error #10565. Merchant country unsupported. The merchant
country is not supported.” when customer tries to submit. He entered Canada both
times from the drop down box.

I’m using paypal.

Any ideas why this may be? (It’s my first order!)

That’s a PayPal error message, so you need to talk to them. My guess is that you have the wrong sort of PayPal account.
