Hi all,
I recently migrated my website to a new server and since then my EOT behaviour has stopped functioning. I use clickbank as my payment processor and I have a few customers who have cancelled their subscriptions but no EOT time has been set to demote them to a free subscriber after 1 day (as per my settings). I have checked the settings over and cannot see anything out of the ordinary so i’m a bit stuck with what to do here…
