EOT Notification

I’m using the PayPal EOT Renewal notification being sent out 7 & 2 days prior to EOT. A member said he didn’t receive these emails. I’m trying to figure out where these emails are being sent from. Is there a configuration screen that identifies what email service is used to send these?

The issue appears to be related to the move to a Virtual Private Server on my host system. I check the email log app and the last renewal email went out on Oct. 12th and that’s the same day I switched to a VPS. Still, I need to know how to set up or configure the email notifications on this new server.
