EOT not downgrading accounts

Hi guys!

I have a problem with the EOT. I’ll make an example for better understanding.
I’ve a user that is called Antony. He has a monthly membership; so He stops it from Paypal (deleting the recurring payments) but his account doesn’t downgrade to free.

Now: the Auto-EOT is enabled; “Membership EOT Behavior” is set on Demote and the Fixed-Term is set on No.
Why it doesn’t work?

I’ve seen other posts about this problem, but no solution worked.

Does this user account get an EOT time set after the subscription cancellation?

Please enable logging and after reproducing the behavior, check the log files for any relevant entries (likely the IPN one). WP Admin > s2Member > Log Files
