I have had several members complain that they sign-up and once they cancel S2 demotes them to free subscriber. Even if there is a year left. PayPal is the processor. Everything worked correctly until the latest update, it seems. This is not a newbie question, just a feeler to see if others have experienced this. I have been using S2 since 2017.
That’s an odd behavior. s2 hasn’t had any changes in that area in a while.
Could you tell me more details about it?
If you haven’t yet, please enable logging, try reproducing the behavior, or wait for it to happen again, and get the relevant entries from all the log files.
