I have noticed that EOT is not being set by S2M and users are demoted immediately after they cancel their subscription. The subscription is still active in Stripe but not in S2M.
I have a grace time set 86400

Yes whenever someone cancels within 0-6 hours or so after payment. Also happens on PayPal. It’s been happening since many many years
Unintentional churner punishment?
That was not the case here. Strange thing is that some of the subscribers are demoted correctly at EOT but for some EOT is not set by S2M.
I wonder if this can be a case when discount codes has been used etc.
Trial period? Did you check your settings for both payment processors?
